If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. 

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items unless they are faulty.

To request a return, please contact us at info@velaribio3tic.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
