UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–4 working days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

Standard UK delivery is charged at £3.99 per order.

Complimentary UK delivery is available on orders over £75.

Subscription Orders

All subscription orders include complimentary UK delivery.

Subscription orders are dispatched automatically according to your selected delivery schedule.

You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delays

Whilst we aim to meet the delivery timeframes above, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions and peak seasonal periods.

Address Information

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Velari cannot accept responsibility for orders shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses.
