Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each recurring order unless you cancel your subscription.

You may pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at info@velaribio3tic.co.uk.

To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, any changes, pauses or cancellations should be made before your next billing date.

If a subscription order has already been processed, packed or dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel that shipment. Any future recurring orders may still be cancelled at any time.

Subscription discounts are available only whilst a subscription remains active.
